One of our companies, NSS Independent Trustees Limited will act as an Independent Trustee for both defined benefit and money purchase group pensions schemes, when required.

Specifically, NSS Independent Trustees Limited will act where an arm’s length trustee is needed and where Nigel Sloam & Co does not provide advice.

We have an unusually wide practical experience in dealing with difficult and complex cases - which require a combination of suitable expertise, depth of knowledge, sensitivity, plus a clear approach. We are very conscious as to the impact of costs and the need to contain these for the benefit of the scheme members. This is a major priority for us.
