The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 1 years’ experience + in Pension Administration to join our growing and busy SIPP and SSAS administration team with in-house training and encouragement for professional qualifications. The job covers:
- Liaising with clients and their other professional advisers
- Processing payments including fees, investments and pension/payroll payments
- Processing pension contributions and pension transfers
- Obtaining valuations and balances from investment providers for the provision of accounts and benefit calculations
- Completion of HMRC returns
- Bank reconciliation
- Setting up new schemes (SIPP only)
- Updating our records
- General Administration duties
- Working accurately and efficiently as part of a friendly team handling a varied workload

Investment Administrator
An exciting opportunity to work in a small and fast growing investment team.
Role includes:
- Support and assistance for consultants for all financial planning work
- Obtaining valuations and preparing new business reports
- Processing new business and producing client packs
- Carryout trade instructions
- Assisting in the investment research for the firm and analysing fund data

Actuarial Analyst
Role
- Perform actuarial and technical calculations for SSASs and SIPPS, DB SSASs and group pension arrangements
- Assist with actuarial calculations and advice to individuals, including pension aspects of divorce, assessment of interests under Trusts and pension transfers
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Develop technical actuarial analytical skills and make progress through professional exams
- Develop technical knowledge of the UK pensions framework, pension products, HMRC rules, regulation and legislation and keep up to date with changes
- Assist consultants with any client opportunities, including drafting letters and reports and attendance at client meetings when required
