Following the success of our UK Equity, Overseas Equity and Bond Portfolios and in response to demand from our clients, we have launched a new Income Portfolio.
Over the last year to 30 April 2013 our portfolios have acheived the following returns outperforming the sector averages.
UK Equity Portfolio 20.1%
Overseas Portfolio 17.9%
Bond Portfolio 12.8%
The new Income Portfolio consists of a range of funds from a variety of sectors, including UK and overseas equity, property and bond funds. The portfolio will target income funds and the initial income will be just below 5% per annum with potential for capital growth.
